Ben is an Actor and Puppeteer based in New York City, originally from Hershey, PA.  He graduated from Otterbein's BFA Acting program in May of 2018, and interned with Stephanie Klapper Casting that winter and spring.

Story-telling has always been a passion for Ben, in whatever form it takes. Whether it's building a character with Stanislavsky or with cardboard, foam and thrift-store supplies, he finds joy in being able educate, entertain or provoke thought in an audience.

Some of his favorite acting credits include playing Rick Steadman in THE NERD, a host of characters in IS HE DEAD? and Hale in THE CRUCIBLE. He is also privileged to have designed the puppets for Chih-Jou Cheng's movement piece, THE ARRIVAL, and to have been president of Otterbein's MAINSTAGE IMPROV.

Besides constructing puppets and performing, Ben does graphic design; works at Levain Bakery; creates crossword puzzles; loves cats, chocolate and pickled eggs; and whenever given the chance, wears outfits that don't repeat the same color twice.
